Seasons Center will offer a free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training on Tuesday, September 22nd from 1 to 3 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Storm Lake.
QPR teaches three simple steps anyone can use to recognize warning signs of suicide, ask questions, offer hope, and connect someone to professional help. The training is designed to build confidence and preparedness for responding to mental‑health concerns.
Registration is required.
