Prairie Woods Nature Center will host a Charcuterie Board Make and Take on Monday, March 30, with sessions from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Participants will personalize their own charcuterie board using Iowa‑sourced cherry wood and learn a wood‑burning technique using a pre‑selected stencil. Spots are limited and pre‑registration is required. Cost is $60 per board, and payment should be mailed in. |

The American Red Cross will hold a Sheldon Area Blood Drive on Tuesday, March 31 from noon to 6:00 p.m. at the First Christian Reformed Church Fellowship Hall. Donors can schedule an appointment by calling 1‑800‑RED‑CROSS or by visiting RedCrossBlood.org and entering "SheldonIA." Those who give between March 30 and April 12 will receive an exclusive Red Cross x Life is Good T‑shirt while supplies last. |
