George Woman Injured After Vehicle Rolls

Sioux Sheriff 84-8 FacebookSioux Center, Iowa — A George woman was injured in an accident near Sioux Center on Wednesday, November 30th.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 9:36 pm on Wednesday, 21-year-old Rose Lewi of George was driving a 2004 Ford Explorer northbound on Highway 75, two miles north of Sioux Center. According to the report, Lewi lost control of her vehicle, entered the east ditch and rolled.

The Ford received $5,000 damage.

Lewi reported minor injuries but declined further medical attention.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Sioux Center Ambulance.
