O’Brien County, Iowa — O’Brien County authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating the person or persons who did substantial damage to a vehicle over the weekend.
According to the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office, they’re investigating the criminal mischief incident that happened sometime Friday evening or early Saturday morning, in the 3600 mile of 100th Avenue, near Moneta, on the O’Brien and Clay County line.
Deputies say the perpetrators used a blunt instrument to make dents and break windows out of a white 2008 Ford F550 truck, with a “For Sale” sign on it, causing what officials describe as “a significant amount of damage.”
O’Brien County Crime Dusters is offering a $350 reward to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the offender or offenders.
