Ocheyedan, Iowa — An Ocheyedan man is in trouble with the law following the report of a domestic abuse assault.
30-year-old Wesley Gerald Hanson, of Ocheyedan is accused of domestic abuse assault after allegedly grabbing his alleged victim by the hair and kicking her. Hanson was charged with felony Domestic Abuse Assault, along with possession of drug paraphernalia, and placed in the Osceola County Jail in Sibley.
According to Osceola County authorities, the domestic abuse assault charge is a Class D Felony.
