Orange City, Iowa — An Orange City 18-year-old has been arrested on a felony charge after an alleged incident in Orange City.
Eighteen-year-old Noah Breaman is accused of transmitting explicit images to a minor, as detailed in a criminal complaint filed with the Sioux County Clerk of Court’s Office by the Orange City Police Department. He was arrested on Tuesday.
Breaman was charged with telephone dissemination of obscene material to a minor, a class D felony. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
No court dates have yet been set in the case.
At last report, Breaman remained in the Sioux County Jail in Orange City in lieu of bond.
