Sibley Man Arrested After Stabbing

Sibley, Iowa — A Sibley man has been charged in a stabbing that took place early Tuesday in Sibley.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies received a call from a man stating that he had been stabbed in the parking lot of a business in Sibley.

An ambulance responded to the scene and the victim was taken to a hospital.

An investigation resulted in deputies identifying a possible suspect. Alejandro Tinoco was taken into custody on charges of willful injury, assault with a weapon and going armed with intent. He was booked into the Osceola county jail on a $10,000 bond.
