According to the report, in early August an Ashton man took his Jayco fold-down camper to Southwest Wholesale RV for some repairs.  The victim told police that some of the repairs had been done, but the dealership had been waiting for a part needed to complete the camper’s repairs.

Police say that Thursday (October 27th), the camper’s owner had called the dealership to ask where his camper was.  The owner of the dealership reportedly told the victim that he thought the victim had already picked it up.  The owner of the dealership reportedly told police he doesn’t exactly recall when he last saw the unit, but said it may have been gone since the beginning of October.

The missing camper is a white 2008 Jayco fold-down camper, valued at $5-thousand.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheldon Police Department.
