Sheldon, Iowa — Rise Ministries, the parent organization behind the annual RiseFest Christian music festival have announced that RiseFest 2020 is in a state of flux.
A release from Rise Ministries Marketing Director Lee Stover says RiseFest organizers are in prayer concerning the COVID-19 Pandemic. Stover says they pray for those who are touched by this disease and our entire population that are dealing with the many changes in their day to day life.
Stover says that, at this time, no decisions have been made about the status of this summer’s festival. He says they plan to continue to monitor the situation and will make a decision on the status of RiseFest 2020 that is in the best interest of those that are to attend and the artists that are to perform. Stover asks that you pray for all those affected and please pray for Rise Ministries as they make decisions that best serve our community.
