Brad Medlock, Agricultural Statistician for the USDA-National Agricultural Statistics Service Upper Midwest Regional Field Office tells us more.
The crop report says that in the northwest district, 75 percent of intended corn acres are planted, with only 32 percent of the soybeans having been planted so far.
