Harris, Iowa — A Harris, Iowa man is dead after a farm accident near Harris.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that 78-year-old Harvey McClain of Harris was the victim of a tractor roll-over. They say the accident happened in a farm field northeast of Harris on Thursday, August 20th. Emergency responders were called out about 11:25 AM.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, McClain was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner’s office.
The Sibley and Ocheyedan Ambulance crews and Lake Park Fire and Rescue crews assisted on the scene.
