Sheldon, Iowa — If you and your family enjoy apple pie — for the holidays, or anytime — and you’d like to help a worthy cause as well — the Sheldon Immanuel Christian Reformed Church has a deal for you. It’s time for their annual apple pie sale.

He says the pies will be made this Friday and you can also pick them up at Sheldon Christian School after 5 p.m.
Wieringa says the pies are great for a gift, the holidays, or any time. Cost is $14 per pie. The proceeds from the pies go to support kids at local Christian schools.
