Much In Store On Sunday At The World’s Greatest County Fair

Spencer, Iowa — The World’s Greatest County Fair, the Clay County Fair is underway at the Fairgrounds in Spencer.

Clay County Fair 2021 began Saturday with a full schedule, and Clay County Fair Manager and CEO Jeremy Parsons says Sunday will be more of the same.

In addition, fairgoers can visit the Clay County Fair Museum, try their hand at the Crossfire Rodeo mechanical bull, and enjoy the GoldStar Amusements Midway on the northwest side of the fairgrounds.

There’s free entertainment all around the fairgrounds all during the 2021 World’s Greatest County Fair.

Parsons say with the pandemic forcing the cancelation of last year’s Clay County Fair, it’s especially sweet to have people back on the fairgrounds for the World’s Greatest County Fair.

The 2021 Clay County Fair opened its nine-day run Saturday and will run through next Sunday, September 19th.
