Sheldon, Iowa — After a long time without an official minister, there is good news for First Christian Reformed Church in Sheldon.
According to the leader of the church’s pastor search committee, Mark Kleinwolterink, the church has called a pastor, and he has accepted.
Kleinwolterink tells us that Sheldon First CRC is Pastor Dunn’s second pastorate. He tells us that had the vacancy in their pulpit lasted until December, it would have been three years since they had a senior pastor.
According to Kleinwolterink, Pastor Dunn has begun his service with the church, but will be installed in a ceremony sometime in November.
