Ashton, Iowa — Off, Off Broadway will be presenting the Ken Ludwig play, “Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery” for their fall dinner theatre production.
The show’s Ken Venhuizen and Scott DeKok were in-studio recently with Wayne and Aaron. They say it’s a little different from other plays they’ve done. For one thing, it has a small cast, but a lot of characters.
They tell us why it’s an enjoyable show.
He says when you hear Sherlock Holmes, you don’t necessarily think humor, but some of those type situations will make audiences laugh.
Of course with a dinner theatre, you not only get the “show” part of “dinner and a show,” but you get the “dinner” part as well.
The production is Thursday through Sunday, November 2nd through the 5th at 5:30 p.m. at the Legion in Ashton. The number once again at the 1015 Steak Company for reservations is 712-754-3540.
