Northwest Iowa — The Iowa Department of Revenue is urging northwest Iowa business owners to take advantage of a free online training webinar on sales and use tax that will be held July 20th. Officials say this webinar will give an overview of Iowa sales and use tax, and cover local option sales tax.
The Iowa Department of Revenue has partnered with the Center for Business Growth and Innovation at the University of Northern Iowa to provide free tax webinars to small business owners. The presenter for the July 20th webinar is Terry O’Neill, who is a Taxpayer Service Specialist with the Iowa Department of Revenue.
