Sheldon, Iowa — If you are a Sheldon business owner who has been contemplating renovations inside, or outside your business, there may be help available to pay for it.
Sheldon Development Director Curt Strouth says the organization has two separate programs available. The first, and older of the two, is the Storefront Program. Strouth explains.
Strouth talks about the qualifications for a storefront loan.
He says the SCDC has a reasonably new Retail Interior Renovation Loan Program, as well.
He says the Interior Rehabilitation loans are paid back over a period of five years.
