Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, February 13th, at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Sheldon Community Service Center, to consider a Special Exception request in the Downtown zoning district at 510-512 9th Street, the location of Top Notch Rentals, to accommodate limited first floor housing in the rear of the property.
The Board will also consider a Special Exception request in the Arterial Commercial zoning district at 1220 2nd Avenue, to allow 2nd floor housing in the former DOT/County shed on Business 60 South.
Thursday’s meeting begins at 4:00 pm.
