Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon City Council will meet in regular session in the council chambers on the second floor of the Sheldon Community Services Center this Wednesday, January 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
Their consent agenda includes the annual depository resolution and the annual official newspaper designation. It also includes the final pay estimate for the airport fuel system improvements.
In new business, the council will consider the approval of Fire Chief Brad Hindt’s appointment of Scott Ruden as Second Assistant Chief, recognize Keith Vaandrager for 18 years of service, and hear reports from the Police Department and the City Manager. There will also be a time for a public forum and a time for mayor and council comments.
This Wednesday’s meeting will begin at 4:30 in the council chambers.
