Another round of snow is expected later tonight into Friday, which could lead to impacts for your Friday morning commute. Winds are not expected to be a significant issues, although reduced visibility during periods of falling snow are still possible. The highest snow amounts are expected along the Hwy 14 corridor where 2 to 4 inches are expected with lesser amounts along and south of the I-90 corridor.
While there is a chance of light snow on Saturday, the big story this weekend will be the bitterly cold temperatures that will work into the region. High temperatures Sunday may struggle to rise above zero in many locations with wind chill values running anywhere from 20 to 35 degrees below zero.
