Northwest Iowa — May is Beef Month. And beef producers have a message they want to get out to area consumers. Beef is safe, delicious, convenient, and versatile.
Steve Rehder of Hawarden is the chairman of the Iowa Beef Industry Council.
He says people can also rest assured that beef producers take good care of their animals.
Rehder says, in addition, here in beef country, they also have a message that they want beef producers to hear.
