Sheldon, Iowa — This is National Celebrate Catholic Schools Week.
We talked with the principal of our local Catholic School, St. Patrick’s Catholic School. Mrs. Jessica Schmalen tells us they do this every year to highlight how important Catholic schools are.
She says if the cost of a Catholic education sounds too steep, you should know that there are options.
She says there is value in a St. Patrick’s education.
She says their small class size is attractive to parents and students.
