Sioux City, Iowa — Many students who have been accepted into the NWIBA Honor Band will meet at Morningside University tomorrow, January 7th, to prepare for a concert the same night.
Cliff St. Clair, the high school band director at Sheldon High School, explains what the festival is.
He says students tried out in November and eight Sheldon students were accepted into the program.
The concert will be at 7 p.m. on January 7th at Eppley Auditorium on the Morningside University campus. St. Clair says the concert is open for the public but there will be an admission fee.
