- Rude service at 40 percent
- Cold food at 34 percent
- Long waits at 27 percent
- Sticky tables and menus at 24 percent
The survey also found that 54 percent feel pressured by preset tipping screens. Nearly 30 percent had walked out beacuse of long waits, while 20 percent had left because of rude staff.
