AgriSync: Helping Connect Farmers To Local Trusted Advisors

(IARN) — The agriculture industry faces growing uncertainty, but there are two things we know for certain, shares Casey Niemann, president and founder of AgriSync.

“We know farmers are going to put seed in the ground,” Niemann said. “We also know they are going to need the help of their service provider.”

AgriSync looks forward to supporting farmers as they enter fields this spring.

AgriSync, a customer support and communications platform, helps connect ag professionals to their farmer customers. Niemann says his company looks to provide world-class support remotely during planting season.

“We make it easy for farmers to have one-touch access to their team of local, trusted advisors,” Niemann said. “As farmers are getting ready to head into fields, I’m sure a few of the farmers out there can empathize with getting ready and having issues with the monitor, a planter setting, or the different challenges we run into, given we have so much technology that allows us to plant and harvest.”

AgriSync connects farmers to local trusted advisors through various methods. This tool provides those in customer support roles an inside look at on-farm issues.

“With AgriSync, we allow you to have one-touch access through a phone call, text, or live video, so your trusted advisor can see exactly what you see, troubleshoot issues, and get you back up and running. That allows them to receive remote support from their local trusted advisors, whether that be their Ag equipment dealer, service retailer, or precision Ag provider,” Niemann said.

AgriSync expedites response time, helping farmers get “back to business” as quickly as possible.

“When you ask for help, whether it be through a phone call, text, or our mobile app, your request creates a support ticket that goes to a team of experts are your local dealership or service provider. That not only makes sure it gets done, but it also improves the time to resolution. Our typical response during harvest time last year was less than five minutes,” Niemann said.

AgriSync recognizes service providers may currently be working from home, or remotely, which is why the company is extending a low cost offer of its service to small teams of advisors.

AgriSync is available for download through the Apple Store or Google Play. This service comes free of charge for producers.
