(IARN) — We are living in an Internet based world. If you live in rural America, however, you are the least served by this communications technology.
There are strong parallels between access to electricity for rural people in the 1930’s and Internet access today. The head of the Agency addressing rural broadband talks about their progress and the road ahead.
