Sheldon, Iowa — A Sheldon business has a brand new location, and they celebrated with a ribbon-cutting on Friday morning. Crystallyn Kay’s Studio is now between McDonald’s and Backyard Brew in eastern Sheldon.
Sheldon Chamber and Development Director Tania Herrera Gonzales spoke on behalf of the SCDC and the City of Sheldon.
KIWA’s own Skip Tanner spoke on behalf of the Sheldon Ambassadors.
Owner Crystallyn Sterler tells us about their short history.
She says they offer heated fitness, unheated strength classes, wellness and recovery services, and much more. She says the new building gives them more opportunities to offer more to the community.
And they’re not done yet.
And if you’re thinking you cant get a fitness class in during the day because you’d have to go back to work all sweaty — she says, no, you don’t.
Sterler says you can check out all their classes, schedules, and services on their Facebook and Instagram pages or at crystallynkaysstudio.com.
