Sheldon, Iowa — KIWA Radio is partnering with area merchants to try to improve back-to-school for area families needing a little help.
KIWA General Manager Tom Traughber says listeners are being asked to drop off school supplies for the Back-to-School Supplies Drive to help prepare students to learn this school year.
- In Sheldon, the drop-off is the Sheldon Chamber & Development Corporation office.
- In Rock Valley, the drop-off is inside the Sunshine Food Store
- In Sibley, items can be dropped off at Sibley Super Foods
Donations of notebooks, pencils, markers, and crayons can be dropped off at those locations. Other ideas include glue sticks, scissors, earbuds, and markers.
KIWA and their partners would like to thank you for helping give every child the tools they need for a successful school year.
