(KIWA Staff Photo)Storm Lake, Iowa (KAYL) — A Sanborn man was arrested Monday evening in Storm Lake on an active warrant from Black Hawk County.
The Storm Lake Police Department says officers conducted a traffic stop at about 8 p.m. Monday in the 1800 block of North Lake Avenue.
Police identified the driver as 65-year-old James McClain of Sanborn. Police say McClain was wanted on a Black Hawk County warrant related to a mittimus connected to a felony burglary conviction.
McClain was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Buena Vista County Jail, where he was held pending extradition to Black Hawk County.
