The Republican National Committee announced Thursday night that Trump’s in-person rallies in Dubuque and Kansas this weekend were cancelled, and Trump would instead hold tele-rallies in Iowa and 18 other states.
Now, an Iowa rally is back on for Sunday. Sources indicate it will be held in Cedar Rapids, although there is no official confirmation from the Republican National Committee at this point.
