Avis Dvorak, age 83 of Melvin, IA, passed away at the Sibley Nursing and Rehab Center on Thursday, October 4, 2012.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 9th at 11:00 a.m. at the American Lutheran Church in Melvin. Rev. Judy Johnson will be officiating. Family and friends are welcome to a lunch and visitation at the church following the memorial service.
