Gophers Visit Iowa Saturday

Minneapolis, MN — The Golden Gopher football team will be back to practice today on campus, hoping to rebound from last week’s 14-6 loss to Illinois.

Minnesota is now 6-3 on the season overall and 4-2 in the Big Ten. The Golden Gophers will visit 7-2 Iowa, which is also 4-2 in the conference. Minnesota head coach PJ Fleck says senior wide receiver Chris Autman-Bell is expected to play this week, after missing the end of last week’s game with an injury. Saturday’s game kicks off at 2:40 PM at Kinnick Stadium.

PJ Fleck says he isn’t sure what happened offensively in Saturday’s loss against the Fighting Illini.
