Micah Goslinga, a senior at Unity Christian High School, has announced his intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender baseball program.
Goslinga batted .470 last season with 39 hits, 16 doubles, two triples and two homeruns and compiled a .783 slugging percentage. He earned first-team all-conference honors twice during his career and he was a first-team all-district pick in 2018. He was 6-1 on the mound in 2018 and had a 1.85 earned run average in 53 innings of work and struck out 56 while opponents batted .202 against him. He’s played shortstop, third base and pitcher during his career.
Micah is the son of Dave and Luanne Goslinga of Sioux Center, Iowa. He plans to study Business at Dordt.
