Des Moines Iowa — The Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association All State Teams have been released for the 2018 season. A pair of area players made the All Class Super Team. Jaden Snyder of West Lyon earned a utility spot with Brady Kluender of Spencer named to the outfield. Snyder was also named captain of the 2A team.
In Class 3A Gabe Eckstaine of LeMars was named the short stop on the second team. In Class 2A Noah Van’t Hof of West Lyon earned a utility spot on the second team. Trey Jacobson of Estherville Lincoln Central was named the short stop on the second team. In Class 1A a pair of Remsen St Mary’s team mates were named to the first team. Blaine Harpenau was named to the pitching staff while Carter Kuchel claimed a spot in the outfield. Derrick Schorg also from Remsen St Mary’s was named the shortstop on the second team. Akron Westfield had AJ Nemesio named to the second team pitching staff.
