Iowa’s Beyer Looks To Continue Tight End Tradition

Iowa City, Iowa — Shaun Beyer hopes to be the next Iowa tight end to play in the NFL.

The Cedar Rapids native had a breakout senior season with 11 receptions for 158 yards and a touchdown. Currently, five former Hawkeye tight ends are on an NFL roster.

Beyer says the emphasis on run blocking helps at he next level.
