Grundy Center coach Pat Brown.

Grundy Center was making its first appearance at the tournament since 1993. This was the sixth straight appearance for Remsen St. Mary’s.

Expectations will be high for the Spartans who had no senior on the roster. Brown says it will be important for the returning players to remain hungry.
