Orange City, Iowa — Two Northwestern College wrestlers, Luke Jenness and Breckin Sperling, were named to the 2021 GPAC All-Conference Team
Luke Jenness was named 1st team all-conference. Jenness finished 2nd at the GPAC Championship at 184 and led the Raiders with a 20-2 overall record. He qualified for nationals for second consecutive year and finished the year ranked 12th in the final NAIA Coaches’ poll.
Breckin Sperling was named Honorable Mention. He finished third at the GPAC Championship at 149, posted the second most wins (17 – 5) and recorded most pins (12) on 2021 team.
Jenness begin competition at the 2021 NAIA Wrestling National Championships next weekend in Park City, Kan.
