Van Ginkel Gets First Career Fumble Recovery

Former BHRV standout Andrew Van Ginkel recovered his first career NFL fumble Sunday afternoon in their overtime win against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Late in the third quarter, Cincinnati had the ball and facing a 3rd-and-10. Bengals QB Andy Dalton dropped back to pass, with Miami’s Vince Biegel and Trent Harris collapsing the pocket, where Harris received credit for the strip sack, and Andrew Van Ginkel recovered the loose ball for his first NFL takeaway.

Van Ginkel ended the contest with three solo tackles, one being for a loss, and had one quarterback hit.
