Le Mars Woman Gets 3rd OWI Arrest

Alton, Iowa — A Le Mars woman was jailed early Sunday morning (June 23rd) following her arrest in Alton.

According to the Orange City Police Department, officers received a report of a vehicle all over the road on Highway 60. Police say they located the vehicle and stopped it in Alton.

Police say that, upon further investigation, the officer determined that the driver, 38-year-old Amy Marie Woten of Le Mars, was allegedly intoxicated.

According to Orange City Police, Woten was charged with 3rd Offense OWI, which is a Class D Felony, and was booked into the Sioux County Jail.
