George, Iowa — A Sibley woman was involved in an accident near George on Friday, December 29th, 2018.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports that Laura Reyes Perez of Sibley was driving a 2006 Subaru southbound on Marsh Avenue, north of the intersection of A34, six miles east of George, when she lost control of the vehicle, which entered the east ditch, rolled at least one time and came to rest on its roof.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports that the George Fire Department, the George Emergency Medical Service, and the Lyon County Ambulance assisted them at the scene of the accident.
