Sandy Hollow will host its annual Outdoor Skills Day on Thursday, June 11th, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sessions may include shotgun shooting, air rifles, archery, outdoor cooking, wrist rockets, deer‑hunting lessons, canoeing, and other outdoor skills. The event is cosponsored by 4‑H Extension and Outreach and the Sioux County Sportsmen’s Club. Lunch will be provided. Cost is $5 per person, and preregistration is required. The Community Blood Bank will host the All‑American Blood Drive with KIWA Radio and the Sheldon Chamber on Tuesday, June 16th.
