Hartley Man Arrested At Sheriff’s Office For Felony Drug Possession

Primghar, Iowa — A Hartley man is jailed on a felony and misdemeanor drug charges following his arrest at the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office late Monday afternoon.

According to court records, 28-year-old Dylan Everett Halbur of Hartley is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, 3rd Offense, which is a Class D Felony. In addition, Halbur also faces a charge of Possession of Marijuana, 3rd Offense, which is an Aggravated Misdemeanor.

Online court records indicate that Halbur made his initial court appearance on Tuesday in O’Brien County Magistrate Court, and a court-appointed attorney was named to represent him on the charges.
