Spencer, Iowa — A Fostoria man wanted by authorities in Nebraska for allegedly sexually abusing a child has been taken into custody.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Dustin Sargent was arrested around 7:30 Tuesday evening. He was wanted on a Humboldt County, Nebraska warrant for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
Sargent was booked into the Clay County Jail on a 100-thousand dollar bond pending extradition to Nebraska.
