Primghar, Iowa — One person from Primghar was taken to the hospital after an accident in Primghar.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office reports that about 4:35 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2015, 72-year-old Marjorie Steffens of Primghar was driving a 2015 Ford southbound on North Rerick Avenue, just north of Second Street Northeast. Montana Buck of Primghar was walking westbound just north of Second.
The report says that Steffens was unable to stop and struck Buck.
Buck was taken to the Baum Harmon Mercy Hospital by the hospital staff. The accident occurred in front of the Baum Harmon Mercy Hospital.
Steffens’s Ford sustained an estimated $891 in damages.
