Worthington Man Faces Felony Forgery Charge

Sioux Center, Iowa — A Worthington man is in custody in the Sioux County jail after he was arrested on a felony charge in Sioux Center early on Saturday morning.

According to court records, a Sioux Center Police officer observed 23-year-old Adilso Chavez Chavez at the Shell Siouxper Center in Sioux Center. The officer reports that he saw Chavez Chavez exit his vehicle and walk around in the building with difficulty. The officer says he saw other signs of impairment.
