Spencer, Iowa — The Clay County Fair starts this Saturday in Spencer.
New fair CEO and General Manager Jerome Hertel says the final preparations have been made and things are ready to go.
On another note, there will be an additional location this year on the grounds to purchase Clay County Fair merchandise. Hertel says there are now two locations on the grounds where you can do that.
The Clay County Fair will run through Sunday, September 17th.
