Democratic Fourth District Candidate J.D. Scholten To Visit Sheldon Thursday

Sheldon, Iowa — The Democrat running against Republican Congressman Steve King for his Iowa Fourth District U.S. House position is coming to Sheldon this Thursday (October 4th).

J.D. Scholten tells us that his father is actually from our part of northwest Iowa — specifically Larchwood. The candidate tells us about his Sheldon appearance.

We asked Scholten to tell us what it is that he wants people to know most about him, his campaign, and what he stands for.

He tells us what you can expect if you go.

Again, Scholten’s public Town Hall Meeting for O’Brien County will be this Thursday, October 4, 2018, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Northwest Iowa Community College, Bldg H – Room 519 in Sheldon. Campaign officials tell us that before the meeting, the Scholten campaign’s Winnebago RV “Sioux City Sue” will be driving through and stopping in towns all around the county.
