Sheldon, Iowa — This coming Sunday, November 11th, is Veteran’s Day, a day set aside to honor those who have worn the uniform of the United States military, and pledged to defend this country and all of her citizens.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, KIWA Radio, in conjunction with the Commodity Office of Sheldon and Le Mars, and Sheldon American Legion Post #145 will be giving away three by five foot nylon American flags to KIWA listeners this Thursday and Friday, November 8th and 9th.
