Sheldon, Iowa — This coming Thursday, May 2nd, is the National Day of Prayer in the United States.
Barb Hibma, who is helping the Sheldon Ministerial Association to organize this year’s observation tells us that there’s more planned this year than in previous years, but the day will start in a familiar way.
But that’s not the end of the day’s observance, says Hibma.
She says the day will conclude with a live broadcast from the National Day of Prayer observance in Washington, DC. She says they’ll convene with prayer at Living Water Church at 6:15, with the live stream to follow at 6:30.
