Sanford Working To Make Healthcare More Convenient, Accessible

Sheldon, Iowa — The Sanford Sheldon Medical Clinic, along with it’s satellites in three other northwest Iowa towns, is taking steps to make healthcare more convenient, and more accessible to their patients.

Sanford Sheldon Director of Clinic Operations Steve Devoe says one of those steps is their new “Walk-In” campaign.

Devoe says another convenience item is Sanford’s “My Chart” website, and mobile phone app.

A couple of weeks ago we told you about a Sheldon physician, Dr. Josephine Dunn-Junius, who will be leaving her Sanford Clinic practice for a 9-month period while she is deployed with the U.S. Navy Medical Corps.  Devoe says Sanford couldn’t be more proud of Dr. Dunn-Junius, and her willingness to serve.

He says that Sanford Sheldon Clinic should be able to accommodate any new patient that needs their services, since all of their medical providers are currently accepting new patients.

In addition to their Sheldon Clinic, Sanford Sheldon also operates satellite clinics in Boyden, Sanborn, and Hartley.
